A newly renovated two room apartment, on a second floor of a 4 floor Ceausescu era apartment building, just 10 min by taxi from the old city center.
It's a quiet residential area, so lots of banks, money exchange, supermarkets and a big local produce market "Piata Astra" all at a walking distance.
To get to the old city centre you can either take a beautiful 40min walk over the hill, or take a bus for 2 lei or a taxi for 8-12 lei, 10-15 min. Same to get to the train station.
There is a small corridor and wardrobe at the entrance, kitchen, bathroom (shower, toilet and washing machine in one big space), living room with huge windows and a bedroom.
Kitchen has a gas oven, fridge and everything you need to cook. Note that there is no toaster, coffee machine or microwave. Mostly I drink tea or brew Turkish coffee in a cezve (ibrik).
Living room has a huge table which you can use to work or dine or both and an old but comfy couch for one slim person.
Bedroom has a double bed with a memory foam mattress and a small closet, all new. No door, just a heavy curtain. You enter it straight from the living room.
You will be able to use most of the apartment, but I do keep some of my stuff here: books, teaware, clothes, etc.
Usually if I rent it out it means I'm abroad, so it's either my husband or one of my friends will help you.
