The place is essentially brand new and is in perfect condition. The layout is very nice as a large 2 bedroom with an open kitchen and living room. Super comfortable!

This place was very comfortable and clean! The place is big enough for families to comfortably share a trip together! I would stay here again next time I come to Fort Collins. The neighborhood was nice as well! Great place to stay!
