Note 1:
Dear Guests,
Please note that, effective June 1st, 2025, the resort has introduced new one-time fees:
EGP 500 per visitor application (the application include 6 adult persons)
EGP 1,000 for beach access
EGP 250 per car for parking
These fees are to be paid upon entry to the resort.
In addition, a security deposit will be collected upon your entrance and refunded upon your departure.
Note 2:
The resort security don't allow the entrance of women with covered face (Nekab)
Veiled women is allowed without any problems. Swimming should be with swimming suit. Veiled women should ware SHARI swimming suit. (No one is allowed to swim in the pool or sea with regular clothing).
Note 3:
Mixed groups are not allowed without married couples. Foreign guests (not Egyptian) with other permanent relationship between male and female could be accepted and should contact the host before reservation.
Note 4:
I collect 3000 EP security deposit in cash or bank transfer whatever convenient for you before your arrival to the resort. The refund of the cash security deposit indicated above will be fully refunded if
1- No damage to the property, kitchenware or furniture or missing items.
2- The electrical consumption is within 20 kWh/day. Each additional kWh will cost 5 EP.
3- The Oven, stove, fridge and walls of the kitchen are clean of grease, oil and burning food (I assume gentle use of the chalet as the period of staying is short). I don't mind the use of the kitchen but please clean the dirt or seek help to clean the stuff for you. The cleaning process I am doing between guests is time limited and can't be performed for harsh stuff.
4- No complain received from the resort security, manager or neighbor.
Note 5:
90% of cases, you will check in with clean chalet. Before your check out, the cleaning boy will check the chalet and start the cleaning process. You can enjoy your stay at the resort during the cleaning process 2 hours after your check out time (check out is at 11:00 AM and you can stay up to 1:00 PM for cleaning process). You don't have to supervise the cleaning process. Just your stay is important to secure the chalet after cleaning is finished.
This process is arranged by the host and can't be clamed as right of the guest.
Note 6:
The number of gusts shall not exceed the number registered in Airbnb during the reservation (maximum 7 adults (older than 12 years assumed adult). Children less than 12 years should prearrangement with the host. Resort security will not allow any additional persons or other visitors.
Note 7:
Please expect some uncontrolled problems (ex: charging the electricity meter (will be paid back if you don't exceed the consumption limit), problems with plumbing (a plumber will be sent immediately) or other unknow problems. The problems is less than 5% and I am regularly check the chalet to be in full working condition but I don't stay close to the chalet. So, your help will be appreciated.
Note 8:
I do my best to make your vacation and experience enjoyable. Please clearly state your concerns so I can arrange to resolve them. I am expecting excellent review with 5 stars rating (and regularly I am doing the same for the guest). If you feel the place and price you are paying is not matching your expectation, you should declare that at the 1st moment of your entrance to the chalet. A cancelation with full refund will be issued.
It is completely unfair to express your satisfaction during your stay then write review indicating problems you didn't raise up.
Note 9:
Don't miss snorkeling at the sea. Half of the enjoyment during your stay is to enjoy watching corals and colorful fishes. I may rent snorkeling equipment upon request. I may also provide a snorkeling tour if required. Fishing is another activity that you can do so don't forget to bring your fishing rod. I may rent fishing rods if available.
