Fantastic new southwest villa located about 10 minutes south of downtown Moab. You can sit inside or outside and take-in the spectacular views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains! The unit features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 car garage. Newly furnished and tastefully decorated. Access is easy as guests received codes to access the unit and check in/check out is a breeze.

There are two full baths upstairs and 1/2 bathroom downstairs. This unit is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils needed. The kitchen can accommodate up to 16 people with plates and seating. Amenities such as soaps, detergents, toilet paper and paper towels are supplied, but not replenished throughout your stay. All linens, bath towels and swimming pool towels are supplied as well. Four twin air mattresses and extra blankets are provided. This unit is situated very close to the community amenities which offer:

The outdoor living space offers seating for dining, a BBQ grill, gas fire pit, and wonderful views of the mountain range and red rocks.

- Take care of my vacation home as your would your own home. Please remove your shoes while in the home. Please refrain from activities which might result in excessive wear or damage to the home and its furnishings. No jumping on the beds. Please keep the outdoor grill as clean as possible. If the grill is left unusually dirty, there could be up to an extra $50 cleaning fee assessed by housekeeping to perform the clean. No climbing or sitting on walls. An HOA fine may be assessed. The home occupancy shall not exceed 16 people. No glass or alcohol allowed in the hot tub and clubhouse pool area. There are additional parking stalls available for your use. Do not park in the fire lanes. The HOA may assess a fine. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE ANY ITEMS FROM THIS PROPERTY.
