Warm, welcoming Casa Crucitas is one of the few whole-house rentals with street-level access in Guanajuato’s Centro District. Bakeries, butchers, and vegetable shops all lie within a dozen meters of our door. Pastitos Park, which includes playground and exercise equipment, can be reached in five minutes walking, and Mercado Hildago is within ten. The open floor plan and well-equipped kitchen make the house great for hosting dinners, while the two master bedrooms offer much comfort and privacy.

Casa Crucitas offers an open floor-plan and a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and plenty of pots and pans. The two master bedrooms each have two twin beds (which can be pushed together to make a king) and a full bathroom, offering comfortable accommodation and sufficient privacy for two couples, a family of four, or a group of friends. The ground floor den also has a fold-out sofa, and the foyer has a large half-bath. The rooftop terrace has impressive views of the city, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and charcoal BBQ grill. The ground level den has a desk area and a smart TV with Netflix and DVD player.

Casa Crucitas is at street-level on a small callejon just off Calle Tepetapa, which connects to the city’s primary commercial street approximately 200 meters east of the house. The property can be easily accessed by taxi, and because only a few families live along the callejon, the area is relatively quiet at night.

Casa Crucitas is in the vibrant Tepetapa area, just above the large Pastitos Park and the very active Plaza de Cantador. The neighborhood includes many local shops, including bakeries, butchers, and vegetable shops. The Mercado, San Fernando Plaza, and Casa Cultura are within ten minutes walking. Local public transportation is easily accessible in front of the Cantador shopping center, which is only a few minutes’ walk from Crucitas. The Commercial Supermarket is also nearby.
