ABOUT THE HOUSE
The open-concept living space on the upper floor of the townhouse is a restful place for relaxing with your group and catching a movie on the 47” flat screen TV—or catching some Zs on the sofa bed or futon. There’s also ample room for enjoying group meals—the dining area seats up to six, plus four at the kitchen bar.
Prepare meals in the full kitchen, which also features sliding glass doors that lead out onto the deck, with its own welcoming seating area and stunning view of the beach.
Bedrooms are located downstairs. The master boasts a breathtaking beach view from its bay windows, plus patio access via sliding glass doors. This room is furnished with a queen-size bed and 37” flat screen TV, and has its own en-suite with shower/tub combination.
Bedroom two has the same superb beach view and access to the downstairs patio. In the second bedroom you’ll find a twin-over-twin bunk bed—perfect for kids. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk plus a roll-out trundle bed.
There’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, too. In addition to the private patios, this property also has a convenient shaded picnic area with seating, barbecue, and a breezy porch swing that looks right out at the beach.
This property also has private laundry for your use and parking for four cars.
The house is in popular Karankawa Beach and located right next to a grocery store for a quick trip to pick up ice and beach snacks. You’ll also find a grocery store and popular local seafood restaurant The West End within five minutes’ drive, plus lots more great restaurants in nearby Jamaica Beach, an 11-minute drive.
When you’re ready to venture further afield, all the attractions of downtown Galveston are just 30 minutes’ drive from your front door.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
