INSIDE THE HOUSE
Welcome to Positive Vibrations. This stunning home is designed for luxury beach living with a shabby chic beach vibe, perfect for you & your family or guests. The first floor features a master suite with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and Jack & Jill bath. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch listening to the sounds of Seacrest.
The first floor living area has a beautiful open concept with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Oversized sofas and comfortable chairs give the perfect backdrop for a family movie night or to watch the big game. Your kitchen offers a full suite of professional appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and glasses you need for big feasts. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and an additional seating at the breakfast bar leaving plenty of elbow space for the family after a slow day at the beach. A full-size washer and dryer are provided on the 2nd floor, to wash away the sea water and get ready for your next day!
Upstairs, you'll find a beautiful master suite and two guest rooms. The master has a king bed, a twin daybed with trundle, your spacious ensuite has a large soaking tub, double vanity and a private balcony - the perfect place to enjoy the views, watch the sun rise over the Emerald Coast, or star gaze. The guest suites both offer king size beds with a shared bathroom and beautiful decor; offering every guest the perfect retreat after a day at the beach. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV.
Careful attention has been given to each inch of this home. It's impossible not to be impressed by the well-arranged interior and nicely manicured exterior. Finishes throughout the home include beautiful hardwood floors, decorative back splash, as well as stunning art and linens throughout the home. This is truly a custom home decorated with subtle tones creating a beautiful and tranquil environment.
Behind the home, there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach as well as a grill for summer BBQ's. The home has a large outdoor sitting area backing up to the natural beauty of Seacrest and the walking trails. Relax on the large porches with their comfortable seating areas, perfect for lounging with a cup of coffee and a good book.
Seacrest town center has several restaurants, little boutiques, souvenir shops, bike rentals, and a small grocery store. Spring break through summer you can enjoy live music! Bikes, paddle boards, golf carts, beach chairs with umbrellas, and several other beach services are available for rent.

LOCATION
Nestled close to Rosemary Beach, enjoy walking or riding your bikes to the area's best dining, unique boutique shopping, bike paths and tennis lessons as the Rosemary Tennis Club. Seacrest Beach North is a short walk to the gorgeous Emerald Coast Beaches, or you can climb aboard Seacrest Beach's private beach shuttle that will pick you up and take you right to the beach!
The home is just leisurely stroll down the brick paved streets lined with palm trees and you will discover the beautiful 12,000 square foot swimming pool area with waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and plenty of space to soak up the sun.

Positive Vibrations is Pet Friendly, some restrictions apply. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $200 is due at time of booking. Housekeeping is then allowed in the property for a thorough white-glove cleaning. A post inspection is then performed, prior to the next guest’s arrival, to ensure cleanliness to our high standards. In addition, we also offer annual or bi-annual deep cleanings of your property.

Along with detailed pre and post inspections, our passionate in-the-field property managers conduct personal weekly assessments of each property as part of our maintenance plan which allows us to stay proactive, stopping potential problems before they ever start.
