The first floor living area has a beautiful open concept with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy. Oversized sofas and comfortable chairs give the perfect backdrop for a family movie night or to watch the big game. Your kitchen offers a full suite of appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and glasses you need for big feasts. The dining area has seating for 10 at the table and an additional 4 at the breakfast bar leaving plenty of elbow space for the family after a slow day at the beach. A full size stackable front loading washer and dryer are in an upstairs closet to wash away the sea water and get ready for your next day!
Upstairs, you'll find two beautiful master suites and two guest rooms. The first master has a king bed with built in bunk beds, a full bathroom, and access to the upper deck - the perfect place to enjoy the views, watch the sun rise over the Emerald Coast, and star gaze. The second master has a queen bed with full bathroom; offering every guest the perfect retreat after a day at the beach. The guest room on the upper level has a queen bed and shared bathroom. The 2nd floor bunk room is a perfect kid friendly hang out for late night sleep overs. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV.
The home is equipped with special touches such as a small welcome basket, hair dryers in every bath, children's books and board games, puzzles, and more. Finishes throughout the home include beautiful grey hardwood floors, white quartz, decorative back splash and all bathrooms have unique vanities with custom lighting. This is truly a custom home decorated with subtle tones creating a spa and tranquil environment.
On the back deck, there is an outdoor shower, for rinsing off after a day at the beach as well as a grill for summer BBQ's. The home has a large side deck and front porch perfect for lounging with a cup of coffee and a good book.
Seacrest town center has several restaurants, little boutiques, souvenir shops, bike rentals, and a small grocery store. Spring break through summer you can enjoy live music! (3) adult bikes are included in your stay; additional bikes & SUP boards are available to rent, arrangements can be made through Guest Services at Luxury Properties.
Nestled close to Rosemary Beach, enjoy walking or riding your bikes to the area's best dining, unique boutique shopping, bike paths and or enjoy tennis lessons as the Rosemary Tennis Club. Seacrest Beach North is a short walk to the gorgeous Emerald Coast Beaches or you can climb aboard Seacrest Beach's private beach shuttle that will pick you up at Tram stop D8 - which is across the street from your home - and take you right to the beach!

In addition, we also offer annual or bi-annual deep cleanings of your property.
