One room in a two bedroom apartment in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The room is furnished. The apartment is in the center of Williamsburg, close to the Bedford stop on the L train and the Marcy stop on the J train. We're on the ground floor, and there's a large shared kitchen, large living room, and bathroom.
The room is furnished, quiet, and has beautiful light, hard wood floors, high ceilings, pre-WWII detailing, and a large closet. The room has a queen sized bed.
The apartment is part of a turn of the century brick building, has a high ceiling, an expansive living room (see pictures), a large kitchen, two bedrooms (one is yours), and a small bathroom (yet with constant and powerful hot water).
On Oct. 5th, we hired a cleaning service, since we got complaints. (Seriously, we used to think we were clean people.) So we also added a "cleaning fee." Sorry about that, but that's what the consumer demands.
You will most likely pick up keys from your new roommate, Blake, or you will pick up the keys at my bookstore, which is six blocks away from the apartment, and on the way from the subway. Blake, my roommate, will explain everything.
I'm in Europe, which is why I'm renting my room. My roommate, Blake, will be your roommate, and will be available for anything! He's great and funny.
We are a home. Not a professionally run hotel. If you have a problem, let us know, and we will do whatever we can to make your stay amazing! But we are not some corporate jerk buying up apartments and who doesn't live at the space they rent.
