Experience the "Old Florida" charm of our home located just steps away from St. Pete Beach beach!
Rated "No. 3 on America's Top 25 Beaches for 2017" by TripAdvisor.
We are the fourth generation of our family to live in this home and we have created a "living museum" for our guests to enjoy not only the beautiful beaches but also a bit of the history and culture of the area!
Our home was built in 1928, right across the street from a big pink castle, The Don CeSar Resort and Spa. The views of this iconic building are impeccable! And you have access to the same beautiful beach as the hotel guests.
We invite you to share our home with us.
Besides your private suite, you will have access to all common areas. We have a warm, open living room with a grand piano and a working fireplace, a beautiful dining room to enjoy breakfast, a parlor perfect for relaxing, and a gorgeous outdoor patio space that will accommodate many for an afternoon BBQ or enjoy your breakfast here too!
We will respect guests privacy and desire to provide a hotel-esque experience, but for interested guests we are thrilled for the opportunity to go above and beyond to facilitate an enjoyable stay! We are travelers and having been hosted by an innumerable amount of people in countless countries, we have quite the karmic debt to repay.
Our family owns and operates a marina with fishing boats, sightseeing boats, shelling excursions, and a ferry boat to nearby islands and attractions. We would be glad to offer you discounted trips if you fancy getting out on the water!
We have parking in our driveway that can accommodate many cars. We will do our best to be clear about where to park as to avoid getting trapped in!
I graduated from Florida International University in Miami, FL in May of 2015 and have been traveling nearly non-stop since. Throughout these travels I was blessed to encounter different hosts all over the world that treated me like family. Being able to experience new places and cultures through a local is a beautiful thing! Now that I'm back home and settled, I feel priveledged to return this favor to my fellow travelers. Karma at it's finest.
I absolutely love everything to do with travel and I enjoy doing yoga. I have cultivated my passions into a career with my new business - Om the Go. While traveling I realized I wanted a more lightweight / compact travel mat so I invented a 2-in-1 neck pillow and travel yoga mat called the Asana Pillow. I now have an online store and also sell on Amazon :)
Travel for me is much, much more than a plane ticket to a strange place but more so a new way of seeing things - being able to attain a fresh perspective on the beauty that surrounds me. Whether that beauty is in my backyard or across the Pacific Ocean!
