I think Gamze didn't read properly the information about the listing. I have never mentioned that wifi is available! Don't quite understand why she has pointed that out, she knew it that! Same thing for the 20€ late check in. It's mentioned as well! I am not obliged to hide keys or so, just because the guest wants to avoid 20€ euros fee, which she is aware of it. I have not annoyed her during her conference, it was the other way around, she was constantly writing me and saying that it's not fair to charge for late check in because it was not her fault. She even emailed her travel agent with me in copy! Like I have to deal with that?!? Why? Because of that she said the window was broken (wasn't!), she just didn't close it! I offered to send someone to close it and she refused. She complained it was cold, I told her to switch on the heating, and then she said it's loud, which is not, not even during the day! This review is exactly like the guest who wrote. Someone that doesn't do the things properly, didn't read about it and when things don't go as she planned, she blames the host! So sad!
I've had guests that arrived at 22:15, I didn't even had to bring up the 20€, they happily paid upon check in and said thanks that I waited for them! I'm quite flexible, that's why I had someone there to check her in, that's why I offered someone to go there and close the window, I even did a receipt for the 20€! So pathetic!
