This stunning forested retreat is perched on top of a breathtaking creekside vista, minutes from downtown and interstate 40, convenient to RDU, Durham, and the Triangle. Convenient to all of Chapel Hill's attractions, this spacious, light-filled home is minutes from shopping and dining, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. It is ideal for families, large or small groups, couples, and business travelers.
We live in a quiet residential area and have neighbors in close proximity. We look forward to hosting guests who will treat our home as their home. This means that respectful friendly gatherings are ok but residential quiet hours after 8pm must be respected. Any loud noise after 8pm will result in withholding part or all of the security deposit, and in extreme cases you will be kicked out.
Guests not included in the original booking party may not visit or stay overnight on the property without advance approval, and any other people invited by guests will be the sole responsibility of the guests.
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. :-)
Please note that we have a (very friendly) indoor-outdoor cat that lives on the property.
Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order, and leave the premises in the same condition as it was found.
Please advise us if you want to enjoy late checkout. If it's possible, there is no charge, otherwise please respect the 11am checkout since the cleaning crew needs time to prepare the place for the next guests. If you do a late check out without notice, a penalty fee of $50 per extra hour after 11am will apply.
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.
Please remove your shoes when entering our home.
Thank you and enjoy!
My name is Corin and I'm originally from northern California by way of the northeast, but am happy to call Chapel Hill and the Triangle home for more than 5 years now. I have lived, worked and traveled in more than 23 countries. I am fascinated by different cultures and love cuisines from every corner of the globe!
We live in a pretty special place and I can't wait to share it with you! Come check out all that the Triangle, Chapel Hill, our neighborhood and the house have to offer!
