This luxurious three bedroom semi-detached house is prime located on the golden mile of Puerto del Carmen, a much sought after area with the beach reachable just by crossing the road. The property has been completely renovated in June 2017 to the highest standards, and can host up to a maximum of 5 people in three bedrooms. The main bedroom hosts a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom, which you access through the second bedroom, has one single bed. There's also fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a full bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, and a lovely terrace - ideal to relax and enjoy a glass of wine or beer when the day comes to an end.
All rooms of the house have air conditioning that can keep you cool in summertime, and can also provide heat during the cooler evenings. There’s also free WiFi throughout the property.
The house belongs to a housing development known as Residencial Oasis San Antonio, which has three shared pools and plenty of garden areas at your convenience.
