This is one of our most popular clean and quirky, Garden Flat, double rooms. Part of our Camden Road Victorian Townhouse. It's cosy, there are house plants and there's a big comfy double bed, sofa. There's access to the kitchen and washing machine, plus you have a coded security gate at street level and a small key-safe by the flat door itself for peace of mind. Central London and all the vibrancy that Camden has to offer is on your doorstep, plus there's a bus stop right outside, 29 and the 253
This room looks onto the small front garden.
It's one of three rooms in our Garden Flat.
You share the kitchen and the bathroom with the other two.
This room gets the morning sun, which makes it extra nice, then.
It's largish, with an original Victorian Fireplace, (not in use), which gives it its unique character.
There is a very large and ornate mirror above this fireplace, (at the moment, not shown in the photographs).
There is also a comfortable standard double bed, a two seater sofa and a coffee table.
There are two chests of drawers for storage and an old pine wardrobe with a full length mirror.
All in all - a pretty nice room!
You will have your own spacious double room, plus there is shared access to a small kitchen, seating / dining area and there's the shared bathroom.
We keep toiletries and the essentials in here, so please feel free to help yourself.
I live on site, but prefer to let guests keep themselves to themselves. If you do need anything, I'll happily help where possible.
I have help with a co-host (based abroad) for messaging on AirBNB - so if you have any questions or need advice, always ask on here and James will help where he can or offer recommendations!
Live like a Camden local!
We are lucky to get a lovely mixture of polite guests and all we ask is that you are respectful of others during your stay. We're not a hotel, we like the fact that we offer the freedom for you to come and go as you please, but make sure you're considerate when it comes to noise and keeping things tidy in the communal areas. Thank you!
