This new luxury home includes an amazing great room, three bedrooms, three baths, and a training room with equipment. Everything you need is here for your relaxing Hawaiian vacation. Enjoy a cold beverage on one of the lanais or relax on one of the many local beaches. This luxury home will make everything about the Big Island easy! It has great views of five surrounding mountains including Maui and Mauna Loa. The home is fully furnished and beautifully decorated with everything you'll need for your perfect Hawaii get away. The kitchen is well set up to easily create your own meals. Great for 3 to 4 couples or a large family.
You'll have access to the entire 2,600 sq ft home with covered lanais and a full workout room on the first floor. You'll have everything you need, from Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach towels, snorkels / fins, and beverage cooler, to our local knowledge of Hawaii's blue water, white sand beaches. There is a small bungalow on the first floor at the rear of the home that is occupied by the owner.
We have minimal interaction with guests. The owner, an Ironman participant and underwater photographer, is available by phone or text for local insight on beaches, restaurants, fun family activities, and advice on training venues.
Comfortable new furnishings, workout equipment, wifi, 30 bottle wine cooler, and the local trade winds make this the perfect home for your next Big Island get away. Come and relax on the lanai as Maui peeks through the sunset clouds. Slow down after a day at the beach, enjoy a glass of wine on the lanai and the cool trade winds off the Pacific.
- Volcanic rocks in shoes damage hardwood floors. Please remove your shoes before entering the house.
My family has been on the Big Island since 1978. We live on a relaxed, friendly, ocean view road on the eastern slopes of the most active volcanic Island in the Pacific Ocean. The pace of life is slower here, neighbors stop to "talk story" and enjoy a rainbow. Come enjoy some home-grown coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening on the lanai. Watch the moonrise over the Pacific. This is rural Hawaii at its best.
