Pozo Profundo's concierge will open and set up the house, greet you upon arrival, explain and demonstrate all aspects of the property, and close up when you depart. During your visit he will be on call to answer questions and take care of any issues that might arise. He has in depth knowledge of Palm Springs and the surrounding area.

A utility fee of $60.00 per day and an 11.5% city tax will be added to each reservation, AirBnB has no method for adding these so they will be done manually in a quote sent to you. The reservation is not confirmed until booking deposit has been received and a signed rental agreement has been secured. Person signing the agreement and paying is required to be 25 years of age or older. This a requirement by the City of Palm Springs for all vacation rentals.
- Noise Ordinance and Good Neighbor Policy 1. This is a residential neighborhood and the City of Palm Springs has a strictly enforced noise ordinance. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. 2. Please keep in mind amplified music is not allowed to be played outside of your vacation rental. Please do not bring speakers outside and crank up the music, even if you think everyone will enjoy your excellent taste in music. A call from the neighbors to the city will bring the police to your door. So please keep the noise down. a. Please be a courteous neighbor to others who are living in close proximity. Security deposits and occupancy per your rental agreement are at risk. b. If the police are called due to violation of noise ordinance you will be held responsible of any fines issued and associated expense resulting from the incident.
- Parking. The City of Palm Springs allows no more than 3 vehicles to be parked overnight at this vacation rental. Guests are responsible for any citations to either the guest and/or the homeowner if this policy is broken.
