Our short-term rentals are geared toward those who need to stick to a budget yet would still like to enjoy the additional size and amenities of a complete vacation home in a convenient location and private, well-kept resort environment.
This upper level condo is our sunniest, appointed with cheerful pastel southwest decor and located in the Pointe Resort community next to the Canyon Pool with a full-size patio balcony overlooking the complex, accessible via two sets of arcadia doors from both the living room & master bedroom. Enjoy the relaxing view of swaying palm trees against a scenic mountain backdrop as you dine outside or sip your morning coffee.
The modern 1100 square foot floor plan places the two bedrooms on opposite sides separated by the living room and can sleep up to four comfortably. The open kitchen and dining area and nine foot ceilings create a feeling of space and openness throughout. The unit features plush carpeting and natural light maple laminate hardwood flooring along with a mint & peach color scheme and resort-style wicker furniture and upholstery. There are three remote-controlled color cable televisions for independent viewing. The living room features a sizable wall-mounted flat screen HDTV with HD service and a Blu-ray/DVD system with WiFi connection, allowing you access to a Web browser and services such as Netflix, Amazon, YouTube & more right from the TV screen. You may enhance your TV-watching experience by enjoying the audio thru the stereo surround speakers. Optional services such as WiFi Internet access and premium cable channels are also available. This property now sports many new upgrades including your choice of two kings or a king + two twin xl premium memory foam mattress beds! New countertops, cabinetry and soothing waterfall faucets can be found in the kitchen and bathrooms. Upgraded decorative lighting, various new and refinished furnishings, decor, electronics and deluxe shower heads are also among the recent enhancements.
Guests live privately, separate from owner and manager as they would in their own apartment or condo, however we do provide personal check-in service and management on site!
We are about one-third to one-half the cost of a room at the Hilton next door, yet offer two to three times the space, including a full kitchen to save on dining out!
LOSS/DAMAGE: Tenant understands and agrees to report any loss or damage to property or contents promptly, and that management has the right to withhold any such losses for which the tenant is liable from the original deposit amount or otherwise hold tenant responsible for compensation or reimbursement.
CLEANING & SERVICE FEES: $100 flat cleaning fee will be added to all bookings automatically, regardless of length of stay. Hi-speed WiFi service included at no charge.
High chair & playpen rentals available at $25 for 5-10 nts.; $40 for 11-20 nts.; $60 for 21-31 nts.
POWER USAGE: The first $25/week ($35/week summer) is covered with your rental agreement. Excess power usage will be withheld from the security deposit. Unlimited power usage available for an additional $6/night. Inform management before arrival.
DISCLAIMER: Tenant will not be compensated due to conditions beyond management control such as inclement weather or community-regulated repairs resulting in daytime construction noise or inconvenience, pool closures, etc.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Security deposit will be refunded in full (less any specified fees for power overages, loss/damage and/or cancellation) pending satisfactory check-out inspection and inventory review. In the event of cancellation, the above deposit amount is refundable yet subject to a cancellation charge according to the following schedule:
• Up to 6 months prior to check-in date: no charge (entire deposit refunded)
• 6 to 3 months prior: 25% charge
• 3 to 1 months prior: 50% charge
• less than one month: no refund (entire deposit forfeited)
Rental Fee is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in due to late cancellation or early check-out; past that time only dates re-booked will be refunded
REFUNDS: All refunds will be issued electronically in the same manner as originally paid.
Guests must observe posted community rules and may be asked to sign a separate rental agreement upon booking. Due to the sensitivity of some frequent guests pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio or balcony only.
*Guest understands that when using Instant Book without contacting the owner first they are locked into whatever service fees and taxes are charged to them by AirBnB even though not charged by the owner or manager directly.
