Cute studio apartment in the heart of Oakland's most popular neighborhood. This is a place for travelers to get cozy and relax while being minutes away from BART and some of the best bars, restaurants, and indie shopping around.
This is a spacious studio that is one of four units in the building, with a gated entrance tucked away from the street. It's fully equipped with tons of kitchen equipment, queen bed, a comfy couch great for reading next to natural light, and a clawfoot tub. Windows in both the kitchen and bedroom look out into neighbor's tree-filled backyards. Artisan work collected on my travels to Bali, Turkey and Mexico hangs on the walls. Complimentary coffee (from a local roaster) and tea included.
I'm happy to check guests in when they arrive as I'm a travel and food writer and love sharing tips!
Please use general courtesy when staying here— no incredibly loud music and be respectful of neighbors, especially late at night. This is a quiet area! My landlord lives on the property (upstairs) so please keep that in mind.
Wide-eyed wanderer. World traveler. Language lover. Good eater. Determined shopper. Do-gooder.
I work in San Francisco for an awesome non-profit, and live in Oakland. In my spare time I'm a food writer, and I travel as much can!
