A lovely quiet flat in the heart of Kensal Rise, with 2 bedrooms and a modern bathroom. There are yoga studios, supermarkets, cafes, bars, and a farmers market close by. This flat offers visitors fantastic value and will suit anyone seeking a spacious, tranquil, and comfortable place to stay!
Two spacious double bedrooms are adorned with varnished wood flooring and an abundance of storage space. In the front bedroom you will have the benefit of a vast bay window that enables the room to flourish in natural light. In this bedroom, there is a small double bed (can sleep a couple comfortably), and an armchair. The chair folds out to become a single mattress sofa bed for an extra person if needed (extra duvet and pillows in the closet).
The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and enjoys a peaceful view over the private garden. In both bedrooms, beds will always be made up for you with hotel quality linen. The duvets and pillows are new and very comfortable.
The lovely private garden is semi paved and surrounded by trees and there is a nice view of it from the kitchen that you could enjoy while having breakfast or a cup of tea.
The large, modern bathroom comes with both a bath and a separate walk-in shower. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will also be provided.
The flat benefits from an open plan kitchen/living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa. There is a flat screen TV but you would need to hook up a computer to it (we do not provide an HDMI cable), as there are no channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern necessities including fridge, freezer, kettle, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine (we will provide pods for you).
Guests have complete access to the apartment. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in.
When I am not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I have engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.

As you may be aware, London has a 90 day policy on Short Term Holiday Lets.
In order to allow me to continue sharing my home with guests like yourself, sometimes I allow people to rent my property for longer periods at certain times of the year.
This means that from time to time, people ask to view the property in advance.
Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short!
