Grown up not even 100 km from here, in the Prahova county, but moved over at the first reasonable opportunity - college. I studied Foreign Languages, so I might still be able to also exchange a couple of lines in Russian.
However, I can't even remember the exact number of times I came visit during my high school years. Bucharest always fascinated me as a city and I made exploring it a primary objective a long time ago. I just love the architecture of older buildings!
I tried a couple of office jobs right away, mainly in the auto industry, but my energetic nature made it impossible to resist pinned down to a single place for the entire day. At least it went well with my sociable nature - I find it hard to resist good conversation.
But I was still on the search for something to keep me better entertained. It honestly took me a few years to figure out my true calling.
Shame on me, as I hardly expected hosting to be the answer. But the opportunity to run around the city on errands of all sorts and to meet lots of awesome people while I'm at it? Can't say no to that, count me in!
Of course I also did my fair share of travels. I wouldn't be the same person today had I not uncovered stunning cities such as Venice, Paris, Vienna, Istanbul, Brusseles or Chisinau.
But my favorite sight by far has to be the island of Le Mont-Saint-Michel. The castle is breathtaking! Almost equally appealing was the world's declared most beautiful beach, Egremni of Lefkada, Greece.
So you can probably tell that I'm eager to meet alike adventurers. My life's motto - "You can never have enough cool people in your life".
So do share your greatest discoveries!
Where to next? God may know, but my top choices would be Indonesia, Colombia or the US.
As far as passions come, music has always been my first and foremost. There's nothing unusual about catching me dancing for hours on the right dancefloor.
Very into home design. In real life or for my favorite mobile game, you might catch me thinking of where's best to put the fancy blue refrigerator. You will see my personal touch all over my home, thus I'm always open to honest feedback on it!
Movies come in as a close third. It's never harder having a bathroom break than while taking in the twisting plot of a good story. Add a few funny lines to it and I'm sold.
Bucharest has been my playground for quite some years now, so I can easily give you some insider tips & tricks on how to get the max out of your stay here.
Food? Say no more. I'm a brave explorer when it comes to cuisines, so don't ever hesitate making a good suggestion. I can point you to the best eating spots around here in return.
But enough about me, it's time to talk about you. When are you visiting? I'm looking forward to getting acquainted.
