Conveniently situated close to numerous recreational activities that will keep you and your loved once entertained. People from all backgrounds including couples, solo adventurers, business people, sports enthusiasts, and families both young and old are most welcome. We can cater for intimate functions which includes the services of a resident DJ. If you simply need to get away from it all to re-charge your batteries, this may just be the place you've been looking for. We certainly hope so.
On arrival you will quickly realize that you are far from the maddening crowd. Kick down a gear or two and relax with a novel from the small library, explore the friendly neighborhood or chill by the inviting pool with a beverage of your choice. Enjoy the bird life, catch up on the latest news and sports results on the 42 inch Full HD flat screen TV or simply put your feet up and plan your activities for your stay.
To make sure that your stay is memorable, the entertainment area and swimming pool may be used. A gas braai as well as a wood burning barbeque is at your disposal. The fire pit can be flashed up for those cozy evenings to tell stories around the campfire and to roast marshmallows.
I will be available for the duration of your stay and happy to share local knowledge from recommending which restaurants to visit to places of interest worth exploring.

I am a retired naval officer and currently employing my skills as a project & maintenance manager. My wife, Debbie, is a registered nursing sister and is employed by the South African National Blood Services. She is also an excellent cook and avid gardener. Except for our youngest daughter, our children all work abroad namely Australia, Dubai, London and Hong Kong.
We have two miniature Dachshunds called Dharma and Mila and a Cockatiel named Cinnamon who can whistle part of the Italian national anthem, on a good day.
We would describe ourselves as being very hospitable, fun loving, sporty, and as having a passion for hosting like-minded people. With the kids spread across the globe, we have been fortunate to travel extensively and love Thailand for its friendliness, unique entertainment, and bargains galore, London for its melting pot of cultures, art and fashion and the majestic Blue Mountains in Australia for its beauty, splendor and serenity.
I can't do without my family, favourite music, dental floss and a good dose of humor. I read comic books and enjoy dipping into motivational literature when the mood takes me. I enjoy playing social golf, road running, cycling, hitting the trails in my breathtaking neighborhood and exploring art & craft markets. As a hobby I DJ at social gatherings, belt it out at Karaoke, love Italian cuisine, braaing (barbecues) and making designer sandwiches and health shakes. We each have a Bucket List which we continually refresh. We have a large collection of CD's, old school vinyls as well as an acoustic and Fender electric guitar.
The town of Waterfall is experiencing exponential growth with residential properties much in demand as the availability of real estate is diminishing. The recently completed Watercrest Mall(which is a mere 2 kilometers away), offers the discerning shopper with a huge variety of retail shops, fine dining, cinemas, beauty parlors and specialty stores.
My family and I look forward to hosting you by offering an unforgettable African experience, with the hope that you will share your unique adventures with your friends and family alike. We would love you to think of our establishment as being "A home away from home"! At the expense of sounding cliched, my life motto would probably be " Keep it simple and live in the moment!"
