There are tenants in the unit next door but the only shared space is an outdoor leading hallway and the back yard. They do have dog but he is quite friendly. They are very, very quiet and wonderful people.

- Quiet hours at 10pm - Tenants live in the other half of the duplex so kindly respect their space.
- All remodel is new or restored fir so please no shoes and care with cabinetry.

Hi! I am a Seattle native and was a resident until my job sent me to the south in 2010 at which time I gave up my home and relocated to AL and LA for 5 years. I began transitioning back to the NW when the job ended and am here whenever not traveling for work or otherwise.
