Located in the historic district of downtown GSB, the Goldsboro Loft offers the highest quality appliances and finishes that keep with the historic and industrial charm of downtown Goldsboro. This specific dwelling is 2320 total sq ft. and was designed with industrial decor and furnishings. It offers high-end charm for travelers on a budget! Located over Goldsboro newest bar, Goldsboro Brew Works, come out for an exciting night on the town!
The Goldsboro Loft is unlike anything else in this part of the country. The amount of detail that was put into this historic building in order to keep with its industrial charm is unprecedented. The design and beauty of this space along with its location to Goldsboro's newest nightlife will allow for a very enjoyable stay.
Guests can access the bedroom that they pay for plus all the common areas that are upstairs and the laundry room. If guests pay for an additional room then they will have access to that bedroom as well, and so forth. In addition to that all guest have access to the balcony and the gated back patio.
I am minutes away from downtown and am available 24/7 for guests questions. Nobody physically lives in this Loft so guests have the entire place to themselves. On the patio guests will be amongst patrons of the Tap Room Bar within the same building. The entire outside of the building is video monitored for guests protection.
If guests choose not to rent out all bedrooms within the loft then those open rooms can be still available to be booked by other guests. Please contact me if this is s problem and we can work something out. Again all bedrooms have keyless entry locks on them.
Our loft is NOT kid/baby proof. The countertops are made of concrete and the floors are refinished 100 year old pine. The staircase is made of solid wood and does not protect children from falling.
1. Guests are responsible for running the dishwasher after use of dishes.
2. Sheets and towels should be placed on laundry room floor following stay.
3. Do not cut food directly on the butcher block. Please use cutting boards.
