I did not understand much about you rating, but I've tried to figure it out.
I'm sorry you felt like you were not in a clean apartment! You could have said it right away, and I would have organized you a cleaning!
What we do not understand is why communication has given 2 stars out of five. I read our conversation and in May, when the booking was made I answered within 30 minutes to your questions, helped you sort out every detail of how to book on Airbnb. After that, I sent you all the important information in the week before the arrival, asked if we could help with something, do you need anything, but you did not answer, or communicated with us during your stay. I think with such a wonderful community that's the key, that is why Airbnb is different then booking into a hotel. We are happy to help you and our goal is to meet your expectations! If you want peace and silence during your stay, that is of course not a problem for us, as we do not harass our guests unnecessarily, but I do not consider your rating justified at all. I'm sorry for your bad experience, especially because I would have been more then happy to help you.
