This is fairly remote part of Alaska. Be prepared for such. Certain times of the year you will experience, BUGS, rain, wind, sunshine, dust, lack of public facilities, Wi-Fi, phone reception & possible flat tires / car issues. Welcome to bush Alaska! BUT the scenery and experience is worth it for most! The views of the St Elias mnts, Root / Kennecott Glacier are amazing along with a little exploration of the historic Kennecott mill site & McCarthy town proper are wonderful. Enjoy!
A woman who enjoys Alaska and the outdoors, such as fishing, gardening, & small social outdoor gatherings with friends. I like animals (domestic & wild) and enjoy doing a variety of crafts.
I don't get to travel much but would love to explore the southwest of the united states or go somewhere tropical someday :)
I like Asian & Spanish foods, not much of a TV watcher but like to see live shows or attend local small town entertainment.
