Beautiful, classic, two-bedroom railroad house on Missoula's Northside, just a few blocks off I-90. Fenced back yard. Five minute walk or two minute drive to downtown. Also close to cool Northside destinations. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have queen beds (real ones) and there is a fold down futon in the front room for one person.
Dogs allowed, but if they are floor scratchers, PLEASE keep them out of the kitchen. Also, the neighbors are very nice. Please be quiet and respectful. Neighbors to the right have small kids. No parties, but small gatherings in the house or back yard are fine. Appreciate guests washing their own dishes, to dry in the rack.
The whole house and yard.
My co-host Ann lives nearby and is available to answer your questions or address any concerns.
Shoes off and dishes washed appreciated. Please park in driveway or in front of the house, not in front of the neighbors'. Bag dog poop and put in garbage outside please.
I'm a writer who sometimes lives in Missoula and sometimes in San Francisco. I travel a lot with my dog Tupelo, who is very sweet, shy and goofy. Also quite handsome. Pre-Tupelo I spent a lot of time overseas, and have lived in Hong Kong, Saigon and a very small village in the middle hills of Nepal. I once taught at a traveling high school with a bunch of whitewater kayakers and went through several massive rapids on the Zambezi River upside down.
