Located in the heart of historic, downtown Colorado Springs, this 2 bedroom 2 bath 1908 Victorian home is in a quiet neighborhood. The charm of this home-away-from-home will welcome you right away !
This lovely home is filled with historic charm, but updated with all the modern amenities. Decorated in comfortable furnishings, it will be the perfect place to relax after a day in Colorado Springs. A welcome basket with snacks, coffee, and tea will be waiting for your arrival.
The living room and dining room have been decorated in a comfortable “Pottery Barn” style. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of enjoying Colorado Springs. We also have an indoor 3-season porch for reading and relaxing.
The main floor bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and adjacent bath.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could want. We also have a pantry filled with cooking and baking basics, so you don’t have to buy something like a whole jar of spices or oil to make a wonderful meal. The deck has a charcoal grill and ample seating for your group. Don’t feel like cooking? Our guest resource book is filled with menus from local restaurants.
The upstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed, arm chair, and desk. Additionally, you’ll find a TV, private bath and walk-in closet. It’s a beautiful retreat.
Downstairs common area has sleeping arrangements for 4, along with a TV and “Kids Kubby” play area. And, there is a back porch laundry room with washer and dryer.
Downtown Colorado Springs is an incredible neighborhood of creative, family-friendly folks! There are numerous corner coffee shops and the nearby downtown area is filled with eclectic restaurants, pubs, galleries and shops.
The Colorado Springs airport is a short, 10 minute drive from the house.

NOTE: This house is on the same property as a 2BR/1BA cottage (a separate rental which sleeps 6). Inquire about special savings when you book both units for the same days!
You will have access to the entire house, as well as the fenced back yard with deck and the front yard with wrap-around porch. A private driveway is next to the house for parking up to two vehicles.
Although we are not always in town, we maintain constant communication with our guests through email and phone -- from your first inquiry to your check out. We also have a local property manager and housekeepers to attend to any needs that may arise.
Minimum age for renters: 23
If you plan to come to Colorado Springs to smoke marijuana, please choose a different property. We have found the strong smell stays on clothing and transfers to our furniture and bedding. We want to keep our home completely smoke free for all our guests!
We are a pet-friendlly property, allowing up to 2 dogs under 50 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved with us. (No cats, sorry). An additional one time fee of $25 for each pet will be charged to to you after you make your reservation. Dogs must be crated if left unattended at the property.
One note: Airbnb collects Colorado state and local tax.
1.The person booking and staying at this unit is at least 23 years old.
Check in is at 3:00 p.m.
2.The cottage to the north of the house is a private rental. Please respect their privacy and only use the driveway to enter or exit the house (not the alley).
3.Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. This is a quiet, family-oriented community. Please respect the neighbors and observe these times. If there are complaints regarding loud noise or parties during quiet hours, you will be asked to leave the property and will not receive a refund.
4.People other than those in the Rental Agreement may not stay overnight in the property.
5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
6.Only use appliances for their intended uses.
7.Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
8.Smoking indoors of any kind (tobacco or marijuana) is NOT allowed. We provide ash trays out on the deck. We advertise this property as a smoke-free home. If housekeeping reports smoke residue in the unit, you will lose your damage deposit.
9.There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. There are second sets of linens and towels in the upstairs walk-in closet for those staying longer than 7 days.
10.Pets are permitted only with prior approval.
11.On the morning of your departure, please follow the checkout procedures which are in the Guest Handbook at the property, and posted on the refrigerator. A copy will be included in your confirmation letter.
