This is a great home as your base camp for visiting Portland. It's comfortable and cozy with a large, fully equipped kitchen, full bath and two good sized rooms for your small family or group of friends. Common area has TV with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime and you'll find good coffee and morning treats awaiting you in the kitchen when you arrive. The comfortable covered porch swing provides a great way to relax after a big day of shopping in downtown Portland or a walk on the riverfront.
The upper floor of this charming bungalow is all yours for your stay. It includes two bedrooms, a full bath, large kitchen and a lovely front porch with bistro and swing. There is parking in the driveway as well as ample street parking and extended stayers (or by request) are welcome to use laundry facilities downstairs.
The entire top floor of the house which includes living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, front yard and covered porch (with swing!) and for extended stays only, also the laundry room downstairs.
My apartment is in the basement, so I'm generally available for questions as well as always available by text. I respect people's privacy, however, so the amount of interaction will be up to you.
Our house is a safe haven for people of all colors, cultures and lifestyles. We are quiet folks, tho--and since we live downstairs, noisy partiers are invited to stay elsewhere :)
There's a cat and two dogs on the premises. They are not in your space unless you utilize the back yard. In that case, they are super friendly and your furry friends are absolutely welcome!
