This charming property is located just a few hundred metres from Les Planards ski lift and the end of the famous Vallee Blanche off piste route. It is also well placed for dining, après ski and evening adventurous in Chamonix.
The chalet is entered on the ground floor, where you will find the ski locker with ample storage for ski, boots and clothing; bicycles can also be stored in this area for summer guests. Also on the ground floor is the 1st of 4 bedrooms, this one can be set up as a double or twin. Next to this is a bathroom with WC, and shower.
Going up the up the stairs you will find yourself in the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The lounge has comfortable seating for 8 with wide screen TV, DVD and UK Sat TV. There is also direct access to the balcony. The kitchen has just been fully renovated and has full oven, 4 ring electric cook top and microwave.
The main double bedroom, which leads directly onto the balcony, is at the top of the stairs and opposite is the 3rd bedroom which has 2 single beds.
Going up to the mezzanine you will find a sofa bed in the 2nd lounge area and another bedroom with double bed. The mezzanine has a restricted head height.

We live in Chamonix and will meet you on arrival to help you get settled in and answer any questions. To make your holiday run smoother we are able to get you lift passes, arrange activities, mountain guides and ski school (all at no extra charge) We are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
This property has a 7 night minimum stay, usually Saturday to Saturday. If you wish to have a flexible stay - weekend, midweek, over 7 nights or spilt weeks - then please contact us and if the dates are available we will send you a quote.
Normal check out is 10am and check in is 5pm however we are flexible on this as long as we can accommodate your request. Contact us to confirm.
- We meet our guests upon arrival and take them to the property they have rented from us so we can go over everything with them but the following is a bit of useful information before you book.

We take a damage deposit upon arrival of 1500 Euros via credit card. It is a pre-approval system so no funds are actually put on your card.
Arrival after 8pm will incur a 20 Euros charge
Arrivals after 11pm will incur a 50 Euro charge.
Arrivals after midnight can't be guaranteed without prior notice.
These charges are to be paid upon arrival in resort.
Throughout peak season we have a 7 night minimum stay and may also have fixed changeover-days. Please contact with your request and we will endeavour to find a solution to your travel dates!
