This house in the heart of the Art District which is also known as the Village of West Greenville. It is not only a stones throw to the "Village", but also less than 1 mile from downtown. It is furnished with European antiques, Persian rugs, high end mattresses, and a great space to suit you and your group's needs for a great weekend in Greenville! This area of town (AKA the Village) is getting it's own music venue, amazing restaurants, and a 10 million dollar park soon!
What a great space! One level home with two full bathrooms. Wonderful side deck and patio for outside enjoyment and hand made Adirondack chairs for your to enjoy your evenings with family and friends. . All cookware, linens, towels, and initial set of consumables (toilet paper and paper towels) are provided for guest use.
We love hosting families with young children and we want to help make traveling easier for you. The way we do that is that we will provide a pack n play and bedding, high chairs, toys, games for your children per your request. Please let us know the ages/gender so that we can make it specific for your child. We don't want you to have to stress about things we can easily provide. We know how hard it is to pack up all the things you own when what you really should be focusing on is how much you will enjoy Greenville. Please request this when reserving the property so that we can ensure you will have this available when you arrive!
Plenty of parking for 2-3 cars. An additional driveway also on the left side of house.
Guests have access to anything in the house. We want you to feel at home when you stay at one of our properties. The crawl space under the house is the only area off limits.
We provide towels and linens and some toiletries. There is an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels and dish soap. If you require more supplies during your stay, we can easily direct you to the McBee square publix which is not far from the property.
This property has an automatic lock with a code which will be given prior to check in.
If families are traveling with young babies, we will be happy to provide a pack n play and bedding if availability allows. Please request this when reserving the property so that we can ensure you will have this available when you arrive!
We understand that you will want to maximize your time in Greenville so we offer an early check in option and late check out option that you can reserve ahead of time. There is a slight fee for each (we just have to bring in extra staff to make this possible for you).
Normal check in is 4:00 PM. Early check in is 1 PM
Normal check out is 10:00 AM.
Late check out is Noon
Please just put in your request ahead of time and we can make it happen for you!
- Note, if you need an earlier checkin or later checkout, please make sure to contact us. There is a small fee, but we are more than happy to accommodate if we can!
- Only dogs allowed- Maximum number- 2
- If you are bringing a dog, you must let us know ahead of time. There will be additional cleaning fees so that we can make sure to bring the house back to "pre pet" condition.
-There is no dishwasher so please put up all used dishes back to their spaces.
-Please turn AC up to 80 degrees in Spring/Summer when you leave or turn heat down to 65 degrees in Winter to help conserve energy. Please also put any excess trash in bins at the side of the house. Close and lock all doors upon leaving. Please make sure to take all your belongings with you! Have a safe trip home!
My husband and I are Greenville natives and have returned after both finishing Active duty service in the US Army. My husband was an super awesome Armor Officer and I was a Nurse Corps Officer. We loved traveling and staying in wonderful homes throughout the world, so we want to bring some of that experience to you, our guests.
