Incredible apartement with 2 private terraces. 1 next to the bedroom with 9m2 (table et wood chairs provided for a lovely breakfast). The second one has 40 m2 and it is next to the Lounge (table and 4 chairs provided too as well as 2 chaises longe for sun tunning, in summer).
The apartment is located in the famous district of Triana in Seville. Just 10 min by foot from the city centre. You can find supermarkets, bars and restaurants all around the apartement.
The apartment has a kitchen, living / dining room, bedroom and bathroom as well as 2 private terraces. It is located on the top floor, but the building has a lift.
We give you a non exhaustive list of the flat facilities.
- A double bed in the bedoom.
- A sofa-bed in the lounge.
- A baby cot on request.
A combi refrigerator, multifuntion oven, coffee machine, Toster, cooking tools, a washing machine.
Musique, vidéo :
Television, DVD/Dvix/ MP3 reader, radio, French TV satetelite.
Towels and bed sheet are provided.
Air conditionated (cool/heat) :
There is an air conditionated system that will cool or heat the flat in just a few minutes.
There are 2 private terraces. 1 next to the bedroom with 9m2 (table et wood chairs provided for a lovely breakfast). The second one has 40 m2 and it is next to the Lounge (table and 4 chairs provided too as well as 2 chaises longe for sun tunning, in summer).
We will provide you with a set of keys, with 4 different keys:
-One for the main entrance of the block (wood door).
-One for the second entrance door (Iron and Galss door).
-One for the flat door.
-One for the terraces (both terraces use the same key).
The keys have to be handed back on the last day of your stay or be left on the table if it has been agreed this way (the door can be closed without the key)
The intercom works properly. Your flat is the Atico I. Both doors are open at the same time.
Street door and access to the terrace:
Please make sure you always close these doors to prevent potential thieves from entering the building.
The water of Seville is appropriate to human consumption. It is up to you to drink it or to by bottled water.
Light is situated next to the refrigerator.
Most of the interrupters are situated by the entry door(URL HIDDEN)Lights in the ceilin(URL HIDDEN)Spot lights in the middle of the place.
Interrupters are by the entry door and by each side of the bed.
The bed lamps have their own switch on the cable itself.
WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO TURN OFF THE LIGHTS BEFORE USING.
Ventilation and heating/cooling system:
Lounge(URL HIDDEN)The air conditioned is remote controlled. Please pay a special care to that remote for it is no longer possible to have it replaced. And thank you for switching it off when you are out for it only takes a few minutes to get the room warm or cool and this would not be sensible for the electricity it uses either.
Bedroom(URL HIDDEN)There is another air conditioned machine. The same indications that we give you for the Lounge are valid here.
Oven: you can find it in the first locker next to the refrigerator. We kindly ask you to leave it in the same cleaning conditions that you find it.
We have also a micro-oven. Please, do not indroduce any metal items in it.
The flat is recently equipped with satellite TV (only French Channels).
Please do not let children operate the mechanism of the sofa beds to prevent them from risking any injury. To open the bed, just move up the seat until you hear “click” and the move it down. Same instructions to change the bed into sofa.
When you arrive the beds are made as per the number of persons that are to sleep in the flat.
Depending on your stay, a second set of sheets and towels will be provided.
You can obviously use the washing machine for your clothes and sheets and towels. You may tend the clothes in the terrace.
The roof terrace can be used to have diner and relax.
We have decorated the terrace with all shorts of plants. We kindly ask you to water them.
The flat is actually fully equipped as far as cleaning is concerned. You will find the products and tools under the sink.
It is a quiet and calm neighbourhood. You can find bars and restaurants in the Street Betis or Esperanza de Triana, I will ask you to be cautious of the noise you produce, especially if you listen music in the terrace at night..
You will equally understand that I cannot accept the possibility of having complaints from neighbours because of excessive noise you may produce for this would also imply I could not go on renting this place to people wanting to visit Seville like you.
The return safety deposit is therefore conditioned by the respect of noise and the absence of complaints from neighbours.
Depending on the timing you may be attended me, my husband or someone on who we trust would be pleased to welcoming you and give you the keys. You should receive confirmation by mail on who will attend you right before your arrival. They will meet you also for the check out in order to get back the keys and refound you the deposit.
