The property is located on the far end of the Old Airport Road, just before it meets Whitefield Main Road. The Waterville society gate is around 10m off the main road and is accessed by a small cemented road. As we enter the society compound through the security check, we need to go straight through the underground parking area to access the area where the villas are located. Once we are in the underground parking, we need to go right towards the clubhouse, as we exit the parking, the villas are located right up ahead. There are four identical villas.
A typical villa is a duplex with a shared terrace area. The main door is located on the ground floor and opens up into the living room vum dining room. The living room has a 3 piece sofa with sitting capability of up to 5 guests along with a coffee table, in the center. Additionally, a dining table for 6 people is also located post the sofa set. Past the dining table the living room opens up into a small garden area extending till the compound boundary. On one side of the living room is the kitchen, which is modular in nature and equipped with a four burner stove with chimney and a basin. The ground floor also has two more adjacent doors one opens up into a common washroom, while the other opens up into a bedroom. The washroom is fitted with a shower and equipped with an english seat. The bedroom has a double bed with a 6 inch mattress and has tile flooring. The room also has a 16-inch cable TV and wardrobes but please it doesn't has an attached washroom, the guests will have to use the common washroom in the living room. Between the kitchen and the bedroom we can find the stairs leading the second floor.
Coming to the second floor, we have two bedrooms on either side. These two bedrooms are more spacious than the ground floor bedroom, have marble flooring and both the rooms have an attached washroom. The second floor bedrooms each have a bigger 24 inch TV installed. The washrooms are moderate in size and have tile flooring. The washroom is equipped with an english seat, shower and comes along with all necessary toiletries.
Additionally the first floor has balconies on either side, one can be accessed from left bedroom, while the other from the common area on the second floor which is mostly left vacant.
The stairs also continue to the terrace, where along with flowers and sitting area we can also find a small servant room, which is available for the guests to use.

Please note as there are in total 4 such three bedroom villas in the property, one of the them will be allotted to you on the basis of the availability.
To access the main building, where the reception, swimming pool and cafeteria are located one needs to go outside the society gate and moves to the right side. The main door of the buildings opens us into the reception, where you can find a small lounge on your left, a service desk on the right along with the manager’s office and lift and stairs right up ahead.
Kindly note, lift access is only till the second floor, guests will have to climb a small fleet of stairs to reach the third floor.
On the third floor a small grassy garden, fitness center and a restaurant cum cafeteria are located along with a beautiful rooftop swimming pool.
All guests have access to the rooftop swimming pool, reception lounge, cafeteria and fitness center.
Please note that the other suites and apartments are inaccessible to the guests.
Underground parking is available within the property compound.
The society club house and swimming pool is inaccessible to the guests.
We have a dedicated care-taking staff to attend to all the needs of our guests during the course of their stay.
The breakfast is complimentary in the package and is a mix of Indian and Continental cuisines, it will served in the morning in the cafeteria area on the third floor of the main building between 7:30 am to 9:30 am.
Lunch and Dinner are available at an extra cost in the cafeteria.
Only tea, coffee and snacks are available on room service on Ala carte.
Laundry service is also available at an extra cost.
