Our 2 story home is charming, bright and tastefully decorated.
We have a large eat-in kitchen with a ton of counter space, all granite, and stainless steel appliances. The laundry area is right off the kitchen.
You'll find fast wifi throughout the house.
The living room has 2 love seat sofas, 2 arm chairs, glass coffee and end tables, books and board games.
Your elegant guest room is just off the living room. It has a queen bed, 1 nightstand, a silver console table with a candelabra and your own empty closet.
The first floor also has a smaller bedroom with a baby grand piano.
There is a large shared bathroom with double sinks, a granite countertop and large bathtub.
Upstairs, we have a small bedroom with a double bed. It's quaint and cozy and a large screened window to let the Bay breeze in.
Upstairs, we have another bedroom with a full bed, twin bunk beds and old fashioned closet.
Upstairs the shared bathroom has tile floors, a single sink with a new vanity, a granite countertop and a shower, no tub.
We don't really have much of a front yard or backyard. In the back, we have 1 lemon tree, a small fountain and the beginnings of a small vertical flower and herb garden
The entire home is bright and sunny with laminate wood floors and tile in the kitchen and bathrooms.
You are welcome to relax in the living room and to lightly use the kitchen and lightly use the laundry. We have reserved space for you in the refrigerator and we just purchased a coffee maker. You are welcome to use either one of the 2 shared bathrooms.. We ask guests not to do any loud or social activity in the back area. We do not want to disturb our neighbors.
I am available for questions by phone, text or in person. I am happy to answer all of your questions and share my favorite spots in Napa, Sonoma and San Francisco. I can also leave you to yourself and give you as much privacy as you need.
If you need anything different than what's mentioned, just ask. I will do my best to meet your needs.
And, if you are traveling with children and need childcare you can arrange that with me in advance. I am phenomenal with children. I have my masters degree in education from Harvard University and I am Trustline certified. Children love me instantly and I would be happy to care for them at the rate of $20 per hour for up to 2 children and $25 per hour for 3 to 4 children. I have experience with children of all ages including newborns, babies, toddlers and twins!
We have stairs leading to the front door.
We strive to be a shoe-free home. We have a shoe rack at the entrance. Please bring socks or indoor slippers so you can leave your shoes on the rack near the front door.
We only allow quiet contemplation in the backyard. We don't want to disturb our back neighbor.
The downstairs shower DOES WORK. To switch the water from the down spout to the shower head, 1. Turn the water on, 2. Grab the spout right where the water comes out; and 3. Pull down. This triggers the water to come out of the shower head.
Overall this is a quiet household and we like it that way.
Respect our neighbors,no loud outdoor activity after 9pm.
Keep the television at a reasonable volume.
No loud noises after 10pm or before 8am. If you need to get ready to leave before 8 am, that's fine just be courteous that others may still be asleep.
Light cooking is allowed and clean up after yourself.
I love living in the Bay Area and so close to Sonoma and Napa. I'm a new host on Air BNB and am looking forward to meeting people from all walks of life. I have an awesome daughter who is all grown up and lives away from home. For me, family is most important and I love children. There are little ones throughout the Bay Area who see me as their favorite aunt, Godmother and playmate.
