PLEASE READ ALL HOUSE RULES. ANY DAMAGE/LOSS TO PROPERTY CONTENTS, EXCESSIVE CLEANING COSTS INCURRED, OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN RETENTION OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. HOST MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN AN HOUR OF ARRIVAL IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE/NOTABLE CONDITIONS.
CHECK-IN is at 4PM. If you need to drop bags off early, you may do so no earlier than 2PM and must leave them out of the way of cleaning/maintenance crews. Anything left outside of luggage will be removed from property. SEE LIABILITY WAIVER BELOW.
CHECK-OUT is at 11AM. Cleaning crew arrives at 11:05. If you need to leave your bags, you must pick them up no later than 1PM and must leave them out of the way of cleaning/maintenance crews. Anything left outside of luggage will be removed from property. SEE LIABILITY WAIVER BELOW.
