My apartment is close to the shops and bars on South Oak Park Ave, steps from the Oak Park Blue Line stop, near Rehm Park, Oak Park Conservatory, and Hole In the Wall Ice Cream. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, the kitchen, and the coziness. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
The apartment is 1st floor 2-bedroom apartment with plenty of natural light. It's a lovely unit and that is comfortable and cozy.
You will have access to the entire apartment, the back yard, front porch of the house, basement with laundry, and one parking spot. There are two bikes in the garage should you want to ride them. There is also a grill out back for grilling.
I am in town and at times on the premise. I'm easily available by cell phone.
Parking is available on the spot directly to the left of the front porch at the top of the alley next to the house. There is room for one car. Pull the car up as close as possible to the sidewalk without blocking it. There is no parking on the street from 2am until 6am in Oak Park.
Respect the space and treat my home as if it were yours.
I am the father of 3 wonderful children, Patrick, Molly, and John. I am a Financial Advisor that works exclusively with older adults. I love anything outside. I truly enjoy Chicago's music and art scene, as well as all that Oak Park has to offer. I have lived here in Oak Park my entire life and am happy to share any information with you that will make your stay more enjoyable.
