We know this beautiful listings looks like it might be a good party destination, but we are under STRICT INSTRUCTIONS from the owner of this property to stop this from occurring.

We have a close relationship with the neighbours, who get in touch with us immediately if there is any evidence of gatherings over the maximum 6 guests (as per the listing description) after 10pm.

This is an awesome place to stay for families, couples or small groups, but if you are thinking of having a party, this won't be the right listing for you. Breaching this rule will result in immediate eviction and loss of security deposit.

DISCOUNTS:
We provide the following discounts:
- 10% for stays longer than 7 nights
- 20% for stays longer than 28 nights

This discount is automatically applied to the booking price displayed by Airbnb. Unfortunately we cannot provide any further discount.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
1) Please treat your apartment like your grandma’s! Strictly no parties and no smoking inside.

2) Please leave your apartment tidy and don’t throw anything from the balcony. Place things back where you found them.

Fantastic Apartment in a brilliant central city location. So big and spacious, real New York loft feel! A couple of things stop me giving 5 star however, ie there really is no private bedroom, loft bedroom upstairs was totally open to all, the 2 downstairs bedrooms are at the back of the building so have no windows, therefore to allow light into the rooms, 1 bedroom opens up to the loft bedroom to allow light in, and the other has a glass wall that is shared with the bathroom shower...whilst there is a blind, it is a tad noisy if someone uses the bathroom/shower! Having said that is worked fine for us as a family, but perhaps not everyone! Great kitchen (which we did not have a chance to use) wifi was great, location great, so would stay again! Nearly don't want to let the secret out about this amazing apartment. So spacious and in an amazing location. Right in the thick of things. Gareth and the team really do think of so many details (the tram cards, Netflix, bathroom products etc). Awesome communicators. Our easiest AirBnb check in process ever :)

Wonderful apartment, with a lot of character, loft style, in a perfect location. Gareth were very helpful and answer very quickly. I really recommend this place .

This is a large apartment in Little Bourke Street so it is near some great restaurants and bars and walking distance to David Jones etc. We found it a bit noisy but that is to be expected given the location. The upstairs bedroom has a bath, but no toilet or sink and it is open plan (i.e. the room has no door or curtains for privacy). If a group of friends (as opposed to a family) they will have to know each other very well as you can hear and in the case if the upstairs room see everything!

The location of this apartment can not be beaten, it is perfect for any holiday in Melbourne. The apartment itself was lovely with big soft couches, a large dining table and plenty of room. However there were a few small issues, none of the rooms had any true privacy with the upstairs loft overlooking one of the downstairs bedrooms and the third bedroom being slightly open to the bathroom, meaning any late night visits to the bathroom could wake up the third bedroom guests. Additionally, just be aware that the amazing location of the apartment also comes with a few small noise issues on Friday and Saturday nights with a bar downstairs. This didn't bother us overly but I can see that this could be an issue for some people.

The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped and nice and central. We had a little issue with cleaning but this was an honest mistake and the hosts rectified it really quickly and satisfactory. Like most hotels or apartments in Melbourne there was a bit of street noise in the mornings but I would stay there again.
