This is a simple room available for guests. The space was used an office space and will again in the future. In the meantime it is being offered on here.
Please note. There is no kitchen access and the room doesn't have any windows. There is a full bath shared by others in the space.
One permanent person does live in the space & I am managing this listing. This space is to be used for legal purposes only.

Please note I may ask slightly more for a 1 or 2 day reservation due to the extra overhead involved.
Please DO NOT put in a reservation before confirming any dates with me. First those dates may conflict with something on my schedule and also my general schedule is pretty busy so I may not be able to get back to your reservation request in time, without notice. Thank you
Please note that there is no kitchen access available with this space. However, you do have a private refrigerator and microwave in your room.
The bed is a storage bed and has a dresser built into it. There should be plenty of space for most 1 or 2 person reservations.
The space and room is pretty quiet at night. However there is a busy adjacent business that opens early in the morning, so you would likely have some extra noise from the business during the day. Please keep this in mind if you are a light sleeper and are not an early riser.
The ceilings are at a legal height although a little lower than normal. The stairway and hallway is a little narrow as well. If you are a larger person either by height or width, this space may or may not be comfortable for you. You are being forewarned in this listing, so that you are aware if either of those may be an issue to you.
This room does not have access to a window.
Air conditioning is in the process of being setup and should be fully set up within a few days of my writing this.

For safety purposes and to avoid trouble we are generally unable to accept NYC residents and locals in this room. From time to time we might make an exception but please be aware that in general we will only accept guests from out of state or foreign countries. We will require to see a foreign password or out of state identification (with address) upon check in.
Do not allow others into the space. All others including strangers, visitors, and even any government officials must have permission from the host to enter.
Do not communicate any information about your airbnb rental with others, including others in the building.
Multi-month guests will have to sign an agreement for our records (we keep the only copy in case needed in the future). Cancellations or changing of the dates are not allowed without host approval. Guest remains responsible to host for the full reservation amount on any cancellations or adjustments, unless a separate agreement is made with the host.
We ask that all guests communicate any concerns or issues with us first before issuing a bad review, so we have an opportunity to resolve any issues ahead of time.
Please do not communicate any specific details on the space, building, or others in the space in any reviews. This is just good manners as the privacy and safety of the host and others in the building should be respected, we will treat guests likewise accordingly.
We require a copy of the id's of all guests upon check in.
This particular listing is restricted to out of state guests and those from foreign countries. While we may make the rare and occasional exception, for safety purposes and to avoid trouble we generally do not accept NYC residents or other local guests. We will verify residency through your passport or out of state id. We may also ask to see proof of recent arrival such as an airline ticket and to see a copy of your departure ticket or itinerary.
