Before your arrival and during your stay, I will be at your disposal.
Dear Guest, it is a really pleasure to host you.
Please, before proceeding with your reservation, read carefully the following rules:
since the Venice Council has introduced the tourist tax for all visitors, please note that at your arrival, I must to ask you 1euro and 50 cents in cash each person per each night of your stay (for a maximum of five nights).
For kids between 6 to 10 years old, the price is euro 70 cents
Unfortunately, if I add this tax in the Airbnb system, in the final price, you have to pay also the percentage for the Airbnb's services, so, I think is correct to ask this tax at your arrival in cash, without additional costs
Since there is not concierge service for tourist apartment, it would be very much appreciated your arrival between 1pm and 7:30 pm. Late check-in is also possible (not later than 10:30pm) but with the extra charge of euros 50 to pay cash at your arrival. Check-out is at 10 am
I know that Airbnb makes accurately verifications on your profile, but the Italian Law (as in many other Countries) requires the identification for all guests visiting Italy. Airbnb is a foreign and private Company.
For this reason, at your arrival I have to ask your documents details (like in the hotels and B&B)
Thank you for your cooperation.
