Good spot, right outside the loop. Joshua was an excellent communicator and was always available via text or email. Only qualms I have about the place: there was no indication whatsoever that the room was a converted living room with no door for privacy. There are curtains but you can hear everything through the curtains very easily. Also, the bathroom was pretty dirty. I was not expecting the shower tub to look the way it did. Outside of those issues, everything was smooth and Josh was a good host.
This apartment on the 47th floor of the Presidential Towers is well located and has a stunning view of downtown Chicago and the lake. It is sparsely furnished, and I would have preferred that the bed was up on a frame (even though it's located in the living room.) We could have used more towels, but overall this was a great deal for the location, and the host was very kind and helpful.
