Fully furnished home located in the village of La Jolla - under a 5 minute walk to the shops & restaurants, and less than a mile from the beach.
This home features an open floor plan looking out onto a private yard with a beautiful black bottom pool. It is well stocked with everything you will need - a true Home away from Home.
Ocean views from both of the two master bedrooms which each have their own ensuit bath plus a king size bed and flat screen tv.
Two of the additional bedrooms share a bathroom just down the hall, and one has 2 single beds while the other has a double bed,
The fifth bedroom is a large room (it used to be a 2 car garage) with a queen bed as well as a day bed & trundle, couches & and tv. It has a 3/4 bathroom as well.
There is a fantastic kid's play house in the yard, which is fully fenced & secure.
The private swimming pool, spa and built in BBQ make it is the perfect spot for outdoor Californian living. The pool is also fully secure with a safety fence.
This is a non-smoking home, pet free home.
Street parking only..... it is free with no time limits, and there is usually space out front for 2-3 cars.

Rental includes unlimited wifi/internet, weekly pool service & gardener.
The cost of utilities is NOT included in the rental cost, but to be paid separately or deducted from the deposit after departure. This is due to wide variety in pool/spa heating, air conditioning usage, as well as the # of guests staying. The average cost of this is $175/ week. Please inquire if you have any questions regarding this.
1. Check in time 3pm. Check out time 10am.
NO Early Check-in or late check-out, unless arranged previously.
2. This is a NON SMOKING house.
3. Pets are not permitted.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. NO PARTIES, receptions or other large group gatherings to be held at the premises (above the # of guests included in the rental) without prior written permission.
6. The maximum number of guests is limited to the number agreed to upon booking.
7. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
8. A $1000 security deposit is held by Airbnb. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; it is refundable provided the following provisions are met:
a. No damage is done to property/house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. All keys provided are returned.
c. No linens are lost or damaged.
d. There is no excessive/ additional cleaning required above the standard service. Daily maid service/ housecleaning is NOT included in the rental rate.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid.
f. There was no early check-in or late check-out.
g. The guest is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the local law enforcement.
9. Tenant will be responsible for payment of utilities (gas & electricity) incurred during their residency. Tenant will either pay this directly to landlord once the utility charges are provided, or otherwise will authorize Airbnb to deduct the amount from security deposit.
10. Rates subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.
11. The Owner reserves the right to enter the residence at reasonable times to inspect, make necessary repairs, supply services or show it to prospective residents, purchasers, mortgages, workmen, or contractors. Whenever practicable, a 24 hour notice of the Owner's intent to enter shall be given.
12. The guest shall notify the homeowner immediately of any concerns or problems relating to the condition or cleanliness of the property and /or equipment. Any concerns will be addressed immediately by the homeowner or their authorized representative.
13. Faulty equipment or appliances will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. However, they are not guaranteed and there will be no refund made due to failure.
14. For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 60 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded unless a replacement booking can be made for those nights.
For a 50% refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to arrival date.
Early departure/booked nights not spent by guests are not refunded.
Airbnb service and booking fees are not refunded.

16. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness or death that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves, or to others whom they invite to the premises, which arises from their use of the premises.
