located in the heart of city center, very quiet place , lot of sun, air condition, walking distance to all main city places, tram station 5 minutes away, close to the University buildings.
Jasna is an incredibly helpful and kind person, who does her best to communicate with her guests, even if she cannot make it to the flat herself. The flat lies on the hill (beware, if you want to drag your suitcase up there, it´s possible, but better catch a cab, if travelling makes you grumpy) and offers a spectacular view of the city-day and night! Two double bed-sofas are offered, both with a mattress that is a little harder, in the living-room area, otherwise there is a very clean bathroom and kitchen, which offers all amenities necessary for a couple of days away from home. The city of Sarajevo switches off the water between the hours of 11pm and 6am, but a canister is provided, so it´s still possible to wash and go to bed at a later hour. WiFi and air-conditioning provided, as well as the work-out of hiking up to the 5th floor ((:O)
Dear Fione, I hope that you safely came home. I am sorry for the inconvenience that you have with the tram conductor. I am always sorry to hear that such things happens to guests that come to visit Bosnia and Herzegovina. You were my only guests that I didn't meet. Unfortunately I was busy with my office work and for my daughters it was the first time so maybe they were nervous because of that. It was not because 10-minutes of delay. After you reported that washing maschine is not taking the water, the housekeeper visited apartment and fixed it. Hope that you enjoyed our country and Sarajevo city.
Jasna's apartment is very clean and located close to the old town, just a few minutes of walking from the main tourist attractions. Albeit simple, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The price/quality ratio is just unbeatable. Jasna and Naris are good-hearted people who helped us out so generously when we got stranded by accident in a faraway part of the town on arrival. We appreciated very much their help and the time we enjoyed in Sarajevo!
