Nice and clean private room, with 50" tv. 2 min away from the 1 train and 5 min from the express A train. 20 min away from Times Square. Many restaurants and liquor stores down the street.
I definitely don't recommend this apartment. That was my first (and I hope last) bad experience of renting on Airbnb. Our host (his name is Tal) wasn't at the apartment the time when we (me and my boyfriend) were staying there. It couldn't be a huge problem if he helped us to solve all the problems we faced there. And we asked him to help us. He said he couldn't do anything cause he was not there! So instead of 2-months staying we decided to cancel the second month. Now I want to list the main problems we faced at that apartment. 1) Dirty bathroom. The floors, the shower were really dirty. No one cleaned it before our arrival and during our stay there. 2) Noise, smoking marijuana and nonstop partying even at the night time! Guys who live there had noisy parties in the kitchen every single day! They smoked marijuana and that smell was even in our room! We also cooked our food while they were smoking.. 3) We had to buy the small pull-down table to eat in our room. Cause the kitchen was always full of people: the people who live there and their friends. 4) We couldn't cook pork and shrimps. The host didn't report beforehand (and didn't mention this in the description) that they all did eat kosher food. So we couldn't cook it. 5) The host texted us not to use the big trash can in the kitchen cause we didn't throw the trash away. But we haven't used it at all. 6) He also texted us not to use the main barthroom (except the shower). So we used the main barthroom only to have a shower. 7) We couldn't use the dishwasher (it was in the description) cause the guys of the apartment asked us to wash the dishes by hand. It wasn't a big deal for us, and we washed it after every single use but the host put the info about the dishwasher in the description. There were not all the problems we had at that place. I just listed the most huge ones. The place was totally uncomfortable and unsafe (we didn't have the key of our room. And the apartment was full of many people every day).
