I live in a 3 bedroom apartment and I have one available for renting. My apartment is super comfortable, it has a massive kitchen with all appliances (oven, microwave, fridge, etc), laundry area where you can wash, dry and iron your clothes (it has a washing machine, dryer machine, iron and ironing board), your own bathroom (it's outside the bedroom). The bedroom is very cosy, with a queen size double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, lampshade and a massive wardrobe with drawers and space to hang your clothes. The apartment is very bright and during the summer sun lights goes until 8pm.
Apart from my own bedroom guests will have access to all areas inside the apartment, including living room, kitchen, laundry area, bathroom and of course their own bedroom.
Unfortunately I work very hard during the week but I'm glad to have a chat at night, cook some food and drink some wine. During the weekend we can aways plan something fun to do.
I love the city and I enjoy sharing recommendations for restaurants, nightlife, parks, museums and the outdoor life.
No matter what you come for. Either to work, or study, even simply to visit the city, you are welcome to one of the best place to stay and rest. See you here! :)
I expect my guests to wash the dishes after cooking, being as clean and tidy as possible and most importantly make sure to be more quiet after 10pm.
For safety reasons I usually don't allow my guests to bring people over to the apartment without my permission, but that can be discussed via inbox.
Hi all! I'm Larissa, I'm recently back in Sao Paulo after 3 years living in London, city which I love very much! I've decided to rent a room in my apartment obviously to make some extra money but also to keep staying in touch with people from around the world, something I loved about London! :) I work in Advertising, I'm very easygoing (I really mean it!), I work a lot during the week but like to make the most of my weekends by going to parks, gigs, clubs and the amazing restaurants of Sao Paulo!
