Regarding the keys that is something that we have been looking at another place closer to Red Lion Square, but we have to get someone who we can trust and be reliable with the handling of the keys.

Dear Sangjan, Thank you for your feedback. We did explain that we do not have anyone at the apartment. We do have the arrangements for the guests to collect the keys from our office during our business hours and from the local cafe outside of the office hours. However, we offered to meet at the station and hand over the keys, which you refused and preferred to collect them from the office. Regarding the bathroom flush, it is the first time that we hear about that, but we will investigate. Had you contacted us during your stay, we could have started to investigate earlier. Regarding the disposal of the garbage , it is under the house rules that we require the guests to dispose of it. I hope that the clarification helps and that you enjoyed your stay nevertheless.

Regarding the extra cost for washing up items we never charge for leaving a few extra cups, but please note we had guests in the past who left a huge pile of dishes, mugs cups, pans etc, it really is not acceptable as there is a dishwasher in the flat. There are trundle beds in the apartment( two single beds that can be put together to make a double), the photos are self explanatory. We never had any comments regarding the noise of the water in the building, please check our other reviews. Please note there is a sofa bed that can be used to sleep on, if 3 guests staying, but if it is only one person or couple no bed linen is provided for the sofa bed. We do not believe the bed cover was not clean, as all bed linen and towels are replaced with fresh after guests check out and before new guests move in. Strange that you never reported that to us on your arrival or during your stay. Under the booking terms and conditions it says: COMPLAINTS/GRIEVANCES Our policy is that we can only deal with a complaint or special request if it is made immediately during the clients stay, in order that we may investigate any issue and have the opportunity of putting it right if it is a genuine grievance. Any complaints made at the end of the clients stay or after departure cannot be dealt with. Your last sentence contradicts the feedback from other guests.

Very central area. Really nice 1/2 people apartment. Everything clean. Excellent wi-fi connection. Ramiro always super helpful.

Pretty good room except no lift. Very good location, and the room is very clean. Easy to find, quiet and safety.
