Mr.Audrey was really helpful and understanding and he was there whenever I needed him. However, his apartment wasn't that great, it was NOT clean when we first entered it. The bathrooms were not clean and one of the showers would always be flooded with water after every shower. The beds weren't clean either, there were bugs in the sheets. And finally the ceiling was leaking whenever it rained.
We were unable to stay in this apartment due to an issue with it outside of Laurent and Audrey’s control. Although I am therefore unable to rate it, we did see it and it was a very modern, well positioned apartment. Due to the issue, we were accommodated in other properties of the host which were clean, modern, well equipped and very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were extremely helpful, particularly in re-accommodation us under circumstances.
This appartment is a professionally managed property. Even if the hosting of appartments by professional hospitality providers is not prohibited on AirBnb, it lacks the standards for personal hospitality and unique spaces. Thus our expectations for the type of listings we are used to find on Airbnb were not met. Some of the problems we had with the appartment: The room downstairs had a rather damp climate. Even our clothes were humid after a couple of hours. There was no possibility to ventilate the appartment, since there were no windows. We missed soap and we were only given two rolls of toilet paper for six people and three nights. Even when confronting the person responsible for cleaning he told us that’s the contigent he is alowed to provide us with. Besides that the appartment was clean. The whole appartment was in a rather unfinished condition. i.e. the stove was new, but not connected and thus not working. The toilet seat kept falling down and the door to one of the bedrooms could not be closed. We missed coffee capsules for the nespresso machine and neither dish liquid nor dishwasher tablets where available to do the dishes. However. the kitchen equipment were all new and good quality. We had communicated via sms that we want to check-in at 13:00 o'clock, which was confirmed. However the owner did not show up. After calling him on the phone, he managed to arrive 30 minutes later. Nevertheless, the appartment is located in a nice location, close to the metro and many restaurants. All in all for an appartment within this price range, we’d expect it to be in better shape and higher standard.

Dear Nina Its my apartment but i was in vacations so a friend of mine was come for the check in. He helps me sometimes, where is the problem ? I gave you 2 toilets paper for each toilets, so 4 toilets paper in total for 3 days, I think its enough, you didn't come with soap ? I provide 1 little soap for each person. Where its write i give capsules for coffee ? you rent an apartment, you are not in the hotel and even in hotel you pay for coffee in the room. There are 2 windows in the master bedroom, you can open it to ventilate. For finish, the check in is not before 3pm except if somebody can come before and I told you, I was not in paris and my friend came at 1.15pm I am sorry if you didn't enjoy your stay
