Frequent bus services to St. Andrews and Dundee
Unique views over the Tay, including the railway bridge, Perthshire hills, and Dundee skyline (especially outstanding at night).
Bedroom, large shower room on half stair, dining room for breakfast.
I prefer to give guests space to relax but am usually around if there are any queries. I am particularly familiar with the north east coast and Aberdeenshire areas if guests are travelling north.
Check in any time after 4pm, check out by 10am latest.
I hope guests enjoy the room and views, give me any feedback they can, but also respect my home and neighbours.
Maximum three week stay as I am new to this!
I am new to b& b-ing as a host and more used to caring for gardens than bedrooms! I have been a professional gardener since 1976, including owning my own business and working as an NTS head gardener for 27 years. I still have a couple of garden contracts and am busy redesigning and creating a new garden at the b & b premises. Interior design has not come naturally to me so any tips would be appreciated.
