《房屋守则》

- Guest House Rules SMOKING Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property including lanais, except for the designated smoking area which is located near Kalia road right by the driveway ramp up. LANAIS No textile items including clothing or laundry shall be hung on the lanai's railings, doorways or windows; in such a manner as to be in view from the outside of the building. Barbecuing or the burning of torches is prohibited anywhere. Articles shall not be thrown off lanais or walkways. SURFBOARDS & BICYCLES Surfboards and bicycles are not allowed in the elevators and may not be stored in an area other than the designated racks and must be registered with the Waikiki Shore AOAO during their stay and removed upon departure. The Waikiki Shore AOAO & Castle Resorts assumes no liability for loss or damage. MISCELLANEOUS The sidewalk, passages, elevators, lobby, stairways, corridors, halls & all common areas must not be obstructed or used for any purpose other than ingress/egress. Loitering, running or the riding of bicycles, roller-skates, rollerblades, skate-boards or similar devices are prohibited. No baby carriages, shoes or beach items of any kind shall be allowed to stand on any common areas, including the entry door ways. Persons returning from the beach shall use the outside shower and foot wash to remove all sand before entering the elevator. No occupant or guest shall make or permit any noise in the building, which will unreasonably annoy or interfere with the rights or comfort of occupants or guests. No animal shall be kept on the premises, with the exception of a service animal. The feeding of birds and /or stray animals is prohibited. Pedestrians are to utilize the walkway ramp and NOT the driveway for access to anywhere from the street. ROOM OCCUPANCY LIMIT Number of occupants allowed per room is as follows: STUDIO 2 persons; 1 BEDROOM: 4 persons; 2 BEDROOM: 6 persons. A $500 fine per person, per days shall be issued to the registered guest of the unit found to have exceeded the maximum occupancy of the unit. WIFI Information: Network – NETGEAR32 Password – aquaticmesa683 Check Out Instructions: Check out is at 11:00 am. Please turn the AC and lights off when you leave. I have stayed in every hotel on Waikiki beach but never again! The 1 BR condo I booked through Sachi Hawaii Properties will now be my home away from home! Tastefully furnished, spacious, clean, and well appointed - everything from scissors to beach towels, to paper towel, and dish soap (for DW & sink), was provided. Loved having a washer & dryer (you do need to provide your own laundry detergent & softener). There were fresh orchid blooms everywhere, as if they fell out of the sky which, along with a remarkable check in experience with Chloe, who was filled with the Aloha Spirit, provided a warm Hawaiian welcome. From my living room and bedroom, there were ocean views over Ft. DeRussy Park toward the Hilton Village (and Friday night fireworks), as well as the city and mountain views. If you're on the 10th floor and up, in units ending in 01 - 05 toward the ocean, you'll also have views out the opposite side through the kitchen window of Waikiki and Diamond head. I personally liked being on the 5th floor, just above the tree tops for the views, but close to the flowers and trees of Ft. DeRussy below which felt like home, (I used to live on the islands and miss it terribly). Note that units are individually owned and managed by various management companies so the quality of decor, provisions, and finishes can vary greatly, and some units have not been updated as this one was. Sachi Hawaii Properties is definitely my "go to" property management from now on because of their attention to detail, quality of accommodation & maintenance, and warm Hawaiian hospitality! Highly Recommend!
