This three storey, three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse is an amazing base to explore Melbourne - it’s located on a quiet and peaceful residential street and packed with all the comforts of home, yet located close to all the action of Brunswick.
Less than 300 meters from the Lygon Street tram line (which takes you right through the city via Carlton), and just a short walk from the Nicholson Street trams, this location is so convenient. You’ll also find supermarkets, fresh food, shopping, bars, cafes and restaurants in all directions.
Everything you need for your short stay (including free high-speed wifi, multiple outdoor spaces, a high-quality kitchen and parking) is available within this secure, well-equipped property.
All three bedrooms are large and fitted with queen size beds, topped with hotel quality linens which are professionally laundered after every stay. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other two are on the top floor - this means all are located away from the first floor living spaces so you’ll get a nice and quiet night’s sleep.
All bedrooms have natural light and a large wardrobe with plenty of room to store your luggage. Two of the bedrooms feature a flat screen television!

Both bathrooms are modern, spacious and well-lit. We have stocked the bathrooms with all the necessary toiletries, including Thankyou body wash and Australian-made, earth friendly Sukin shampoo and conditioner. You’ll also find Thankyou hand wash, Who Gives A Crap toilet paper and a hair dryer.
The downstairs bathroom features a euro-laundry. We provide a washing machine, dryer, iron and an ironing board.
Earth Choice laundry liquid is available so you can catch up on your laundry during your stay or before you head home.
The apartment comes with a secure, lockable garage with space for one car.
Three sets of keys will be made available to you via a secure keysafe. Detailed instructions will be provided before your arrival, allowing you to check yourself in.
