With a bus straight to the city centre on your doorstep, this spacious flat is full of classic Scots tenement character. Plenty of grocery stores, independent shops, & restaurants nearby, not to mention the gorgeous Queen's Park literally across the road. The glass houses are a must-visit!
The flat is cosy and is packed with character, with its classic wooden floorboards and high ceilings. There is one large bedroom with a double bed, and I can clear drawer or wardrobe space for you if you request it. The main room also has a sofa that is suitable for sleeping on as well as a dining table should you decide to eat in.
There are plenty of blankets on hand if you happen to get cold, but if you're too warm please take care opening the windows so as not to knock plants off the windowsill! The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with essentials such as sugar, tea, coffee, and milk there to welcome you so you don't have to rush out to the shops.
The bathroom offers a bathtub with an electric shower over, meaning plenty of hot water when you come in from a chilly day out.
There is a washing machine you are welcome to use although please be aware that there is no tumble dryer.
I do live here, so the flat has a homely feel and there are my things about the place. You are welcome to use the stereo system if you are careful with the records!
The whole flat.
Either myself or a friend will be here to welcome you, and will be available to contact throughout your stay if you should have any questions or concerns.
- Please don't wear shoes in the bedroom! This flat is my home, so please be respectful of my belongings.
I am a Canadian who flits regularly between Glasgow and Toronto. I'm an entrepreneur, a musician, a photographer, a crafter, and an avid reader.
I'm thoroughly in love with Scotland, but if I was forced to live anywhere else in the world it would have to be Iceland.
I have had nothing but brilliant experiences through Air B&B and look forward to many more!
