Comply with the rules and customs and in case of opposition to these laws by way of disturbances such as unacceptable level of noise, undeclared occupants in the apartments, the presence of escorts and improper act/behaviour under the Moroccan Law etc ....the owner reserves the right to lodge a complaint to the local authorities.

- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the apartment but can smoke outside on the terrace.
- Both air-conditioners in bedroom and salon to be turned off when guests go out.
